From Portland to...
A pictorial of our trip to the Northwest in 2019. What a treat for the eyes.
If you have never traveled through Oregon or Idaho this little missive might interest you. It is a pictorial of our trip from Portland, OR along the Columbia River to Idaho and then to Salmon, ID, then to St. Anthony, ID and finally to Boise to board a plane home to Illinois.
For this Midwesterner it was the first time I got to spend any time in the mountains. There are higher mountains and probably more spectacular ones as well; but next to the 10 years I spent living on an island in the Caribbean this was the most spectacular week of my life. I hope you enjoy it and maybe go see it for yourself.
