Repeat with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and chicken, reducing the heat if neces - sary to prevent burning. Transfer to the plat - ter. Drizzle the chicken with the reserved hot sauce mixture. Serve with carrots, celery and Spicy Blue Cheese Dip.
